Kristallklares Wasser und gute Karten machen Erkundungsfahrten innerhalb der geschützen Lagune der Gambier leicht. Ende Juni 2013 segelten wir mit Pitufa zur Flughafeninsel Totegegie hinauf und dann weiter nach Aukena, der drittgrößten Insel im Archipel.
